What happens when Ms Ballsy Black goes out on the town? She finds herself a Mr Hot-tea Toddy!

You'll need

• 1 Tbsp of Signature Ballsy Black tea
• 1 stick of cinnamon
• 225ml of water
• 1 Tbsp maple syrup, or to taste
• 60ml of whiskey, rum or brandy
• 1 wedge of lemon

Whip out those bartending skills

1. In a small saucepan combine water and cinnamon and bring to just below a boil.
2. Take off the heat, add Signature Ballsy Black tea leaves and allow too steep for 4 minutes.
3. Strain into a large mug and stir in maple syrup.
4. Poor your liquor of choice over the back of a spoon into your tea mixture.
5. Finish by squeezing juice from your lemon wedge into this baller beverage, just go the whole hog and drop that baby in.
