PACKAGES
Barista station: have your own bobarista making drinks fresh to order (minimum 50 drinks).
Drop-off: all drinks prepared on site and presented ready for your guest to consume upon arrival (minimum 50 drinks). Pick-up: drinks prepared at our North Sydney shop and packed for you to pick-up (minimum 20 drinks). Choose up to five signature drinks in small, medium or large. |

SAMPLE MENU
Dirty Ballsy Black - signature black tea liquor, oat milk, pearls and vanilla custard.
Sweet and Sour Balls - rosella tea infused tequilla, cointreau, lemon juice, pearls and herbal jelly. Strawberry Safari - Strawberry infused gin, dry vermouth, strawberry puree, strawberry gum syrup, pearls and whipped cream. Quandonged Peach - quandong peach tea liquor, white rum, pearls and lychee jelly. |
